Hey, Ladies!

Prepare to embark on a transformative journey aimed at enhancing your self-esteem through effective tools that I utilize to this day. This workshop will address the often uncomfortable subjects that many women and teenage girls find challenging to discuss, including body dysmorphia, comparisons with peers, societal beauty standards on a global scale, and the detrimental effects of social media and traditional media, as well as childhood trauma and verbal abuse.

I invite you to join me as I outline the essential steps for healing—just four straightforward steps. While I cannot guarantee immediate results, it is my prayer and goal to empower women and young girls to implement these four steps consistently to break free from the constraints of low self-esteem that have been plaguing and imposed by societal standards.

Hey! My name is Taja King. I'm a very passionate, outspoken, silly little woman who loves to pour into people from all walks of life. It is my God-given duty to help those who have suffered from similar problems, such as depression, family dysfunction, low self-esteem, etc. As a woman also born with congenital scoliosis, this disability at one point in time only made life so much harder. To this day, it's consistent work to keep my self-esteem intact. That said, my God-given assignment is to help those who are born with a disability, those who suffer depression, family dysfunction, etc., find the confidence needed to be able to empower their God-given potential to overcome life's curve balls. My Bible teaches me that "faith without works is dead," so as long as anyone is willing to put in the work to overcome whatever issues in life, they can. I know for a fact that with God and his son Jesus Christ, anything is possible to get through and overcome. I'm just at the very beginning of my calling of being an author, motivational speaker, and life coach;
